Workshops

Workshops

We sponsor workshops on topical issues for students, teachers and parents. For example the Friends workshops on internet bullying, and the upcoming Netscan workshop on internet safety

Keynote speakers

Keynote speakers

We host presentations by guest speakers, spanning subjects such as varied as: bullying, how to support your child at math, parenting a teenager, setting boundaries, detecting drugs and alcohol. These are very well received. If you have ideas for topics and speakers of interest, please let us know.

Friends is a Swedish organization which works to combat bullying. Earlier in the year Friends visited IESB and hosted interactive sessions with all students, teachers and parents The Friends philosophy is that everyone can make a difference and that together we can stop bullying.The feedback we received was fantastic, endorsing our role as proud sponsor.
